What to write in about

• A fine amount that looks wrong for a state or offence.
• A section reference, penalty, or procedural step that's out of date.
• A portal link that's dead, redirects somewhere wrong, or has moved.
• Any correction request — tell us the page, what's wrong, and, if you have it, the source that shows the correct figure.

We take correction requests seriously and check them against official sources before changing anything, per our editorial policy. Include a link to the page in question and, where possible, a link to the government notification or portal that backs up what you're reporting — it lets us verify and fix things faster.

What we can't do

We can't check your challan status, process a payment on your behalf, or cancel or dispute a challan for you — TrafficChallan is an independent information site, not a government portal, and we never handle payments. For those actions, use the official portal for your state, or the national portal at echallan.parivahan.gov.in. Every state page on this site links to the correct official portal for checking and paying challans in that state.

General feedback, partnership questions, and anything else about the site are also welcome at the same address.
